As a locally owned flooring company serving Memphis, Bartlett, and the surrounding West Tennessee area, we created this program as a small way to say thank you.
Our Bridgewater Community Appreciation Program offers a 5% discount on qualifying residential flooring projects, applied to the total contracted project price and capped at $1,500 per project.
Bridgewater Flooring proudly serves homeowners throughout Bartlett, Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Arlington, Lakeland, and the greater West Tennessee area.
Who Qualifies
The Bridgewater Community Appreciation Program is available to:
• Active Military/Military Veterans
• Police
• First Responders (Firefighters & EMTs)
• Seniors (Age 65+)
Eligibility may be verified prior to applying the discount.
Program Details
Qualified participants receive a 5% discount on the total flooring project price, with a maximum discount of $1,500 per project.
This appreciation discount does not change the level of service, installation standards, or materials provided. Every Bridgewater Flooring client receives the same professional consultation, quality flooring materials, and builder-trusted installation standards.
Most Bridgewater Flooring projects range between $5,000 and $25,000 depending on home size and project scope.
Program Guidelines
To keep the program fair and sustainable, the following guidelines apply:
• Applies to new residential flooring installation projects only
• Minimum project value of $3,500
• Discount must be requested before contract signing
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
• Does not apply to builder contracts or commercial projects
• Only one discount may be applied per project
• Bridgewater Flooring reserves the right to verify eligibility
• Discount requests must be made before pricing is finalized

Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
Our Bartlett showroom is open to the public Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Walk-ins are always welcome, but scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure you get dedicated one-on-one time with a flooring specialist—especially if you’d like help comparing styles, getting samples, or planning a project.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential flooring projects are completed in 2–5 days, depending on the size of the job and type of flooring. Larger remodels or tile projects may take longer, but we always communicate clear timelines before work begins.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, all estimates are 100% free. Whether you visit our Bartlett showroom or schedule a mobile appointment, we’ll measure your space, review product options, and give you a detailed written quote—no hidden fees.
Are your installations backed by a warranty?
Yes. Every Bridgewater Flooring installation includes our complimentary 1-year workmanship warranty. For added protection, homeowners also have the option to extend coverage with our Bridgewater Guarantee, offering 3-year and 5-year workmanship warranty extensions.
In addition, most flooring products we install include manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 years to lifetime coverage, depending on the product selected.
