Bridgewater Flooring — Warranty & Protection Plan

Our Promise to You

At Bridgewater Flooring, every project we complete is more than an installation — it’s a reflection of craftsmanship, precision, and enduring beauty. We take pride in every detail, and we stand behind our work with The Bridgewater Guarantee — a 12-month workmanship warranty that ensures your floors, tile, and showers are built to perform beautifully and last gracefully.

Each product we install is also supported by its manufacturer warranty, typically ranging from 10 years to a lifetime, providing additional protection against material or performance defects.

Together, these layers of coverage form a simple promise: your investment is protected from every angle — how it was crafted  and how it was installed.

What’s Covered (and Not Covered)

The Bridgewater Guarantee

Our guarantee covers installation-related issues for flooring, tile, and shower projects, including:

  • Uneven surfaces caused by improper subfloor or substrate preparation
  • Loose or shifting boards, tiles, or materials due to installation error
  • Gaps, buckling, lifting, or cracking resulting from improper installation techniques
  • Grout, caulk, or waterproofing failures caused by workmanship defects
  • Any other issue directly resulting from installation error or substandard workmanship

Not Covered Under The Bridgewater Guarantee

While we stand firmly behind the quality of our work, certain conditions fall outside the scope of this guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Improper use or neglect — damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow care guidelines
  • Expected aging and wear — normal changes over time such as scratches, fading, grout discoloration, finish dulling, or minor settling
  • Moisture or environmental damage — water exposure, leaks, or humidity-related issues not resulting from Bridgewater installation practices
  • Structural or foundation movement — cracking, separation, or shifting due to settling, substrate movement, or building structure changes
  • External or accidental causes — damage from impact, fire, flooding, storms, pests, or other external events beyond our control
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs — work performed, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than Bridgewater Flooring or its approved representatives

Manufacturer Warranty

Each flooring and tile brand we carry provides its own manufacturer warranty, which may include:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., delamination, warping, or material failure)
  • Premature wear-through or finish failure
  • Color fading or discoloration
  • Stain or pet damage (for select products)

Please refer to your product’s specific manufacturer warranty documentation for full coverage terms and conditions.

Duration of Coverage

The Bridgewater Guarantee provides coverage for a period of 12 months for both residential and commercial installations.

All products are also protected by their
manufacturer warranties, which typically range from 10 years to a lifetime for residential use and vary by product  for commercial applications.

Commercial installations, including offices, retail spaces, and rental properties, may have shorter warranty periods or additional restrictions as determined by each manufacturer.

Maintaining Your Warranty

To preserve your coverage and ensure lasting beauty:

  • Follow all manufacturer-recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Use only approved cleaning products — avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasives
  • Maintain stable indoor humidity and temperature levels
  • Do not alter, refinish, or coat the floor, tile, or grout without authorization
  • Report any concerns promptly — delays may affect coverage eligibility

Proper care not only protects your warranty but keeps your spaces elegant for years to come.
